أشتهر العراق سابقاً بأول الحضارات البشرية و الفضل يعود الى نهر دجلة والفرات ولهذا سمي العراق بلاد الرافدين ،
اليوم العراق يجب تسميته بلاد الصحراء ،
الحكومة العراقية لا تستطيع الضغط على تركيا لزيادة نسبة العراق المائية من دجلة والفرات ،
ولم تقوم الحكومة ببناء سدود مائية لجمع مياه الأمطار ولم تقوم بوضع حل لشط العرب الذي تذهب مياهه بلا فائدة للخليج و شكراً لحكومة الجفاف .
