أذا كان رئيس الوزراء دكتاتور اليوم و نائب الرئيس هو أرهابي مجرم !
اين الرئيس من كل هذا الذي يحصل من فساد اداري من سرقة اموال وأهمال هذا الشعب الذي أذا أمطرت قليلاً غرق كثيراً ؟
أم أن الرئيس مهتم بمصاريف سفراته الى المؤتمرات الخارجية أكثر ؟
و المحصلة هي أن هذا العراق (العظيم) لا يستطيع بناء منظومة مياه تصريف ؟
