الحكومة تفتعل الازمات لحياة المواطنين في وقت اشتداد الأزمة السياسية التي تمر على العراق لتشغل المواطن عن احوال السياسة والمشكلة انها تضرب دائماً في النقاط الحساسة في المجتمع فمع انخفاض درجات الحرارة تشكو العديد من مدن العراق (أو ما تبقى من العراق) من عدم توفير وقود التدفئة للمواطنين لأن الوقود تم بيعه الى مافيات مختصة به .
