الحصة التموينية The Rations

يعتمد غالبية العراقيين على البطاقة التموينية في حياتهم اليومية منذ بدء الحصار الدولي على العراق في العام 1991 بعد غزوه الكويت، وكانت مفردات البطاقة تشمل الرز، والطحين، والزيت النباتي، والسكر، والشاي، ومسحوق الغسيل، والصابون، والحليب المجفف (للكبار)، والحليب المجفف (للصغار)، والبقوليات كالعدس والفاصوليا والحمص ،
ولكن الحصة التموينية يتم سرقتها من قبل الحكومة الموقرة (وزارة التجارة العراقية من أكبر الوزارات العراقية في الفساد الاداري) ،
لم يبقى اليوم غير الرز والزيت والسكر والطحين فقط (ولكن هذه المفردات أيضاً يتم سرقتها) .
