جسر في بغداد Bridge In Baghdad

جسر في قلب العاصمة العراقية بغداد تحديداً في منطقة العلاوي التي تعتبر من أقدم المناطق البغدادية والتي تعتبر من المناطق المزدحمة مرورياً ،
قررت الحكومة ببناء جسر في تقاطع العلاوي لحل الاختناق المروري هنالك (لا أحد يعرف كيف حصلت الشركة المنفذة للمشروع على هذا العقد) وكانت تنص بنود عقد بناء هذا الجسر على ان يتم الانتهاء من بناء هذا المشروع بمدة ٣٦٥ يوم فقط والذي من المقرر ان المشروع ينتهي عام ٢٠٠٩ ؟
ونحن الان في عام ٢٠١٢ ولم ينتهي المشروع ولا احد يعرف السبب ولا تستطيع الحكومة العراقية ان تغرم الشركة ،
لان الشركة وضعت في العقد بند ينص على ( مدة انجاز المشروع ٣٦٥ يوم عمل ) والذي يعني اذا الشركة في شهر واحد عملت في المشروع يوم واحد فقط فلا يحتسب الشهر ؟ (يعني اذا الشركة لم تعمل لا تحتسب هذه المدة)
هذه هي احدى عجائب الفساد الاداري في العراق ٣٦٥ يوم (عمل) !!!

Government decided to build a bridge at the intersection of Allawi to resolve traffic congestion there (no one knows how it got the company executing the project on this contract) and the Under the terms of the contract to build this bridge to be finished construction of the project duration of 365 days only, which is due to the project ends in 2009?
And we are now in 2012 but had not finished the project and no one knows why can not the Iraqi government to penalize the company,
Because the company put in the contract clause (Completing the project duration 365 working days), which means if the company in a single month in the project worked only one day do not count the month? (Means if the company did not work do not count this time)
This is one of the wonders of administrative corruption in Iraq 365 days (work) !!!

معسكر الرشيد The Rasheed Camp

معسكر الرشيد في بغداد كان للجيش العراقي سابقاً ،
بعد عام ٢٠٠٣ قررت الحكومة بناء مجمعات سكنية على ارض معسكر الرشيد للقضاء على ازمة السكن في بغداد ،
ونحن الان في نهاية عام ٢٠١١ ولكن ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟

The Rasheed Camp in Baghdad was for the Iraqi army
Rasheed Camp was an Iraqi army earlier,
After 2003 the government decided to build a Apartment complexes on the land of camp good for the elimination of the housing crisis in Baghdad.
We are now at the end of 2011, But ????????

جسر بغداد المعلق Baghdad Suspension Bridge

جسر بغداد المعلق أو الجسر المعلق كما هو متعارف عليه بين سكان بغداد، وهو أول جسر معلق في الشرق الأوسط يربط كرادة مريم بالزاوية على جانبي نهر دجلة في بغداد، قامت بإنشائه شركة بلجيكية، وهو من الجسور الفريدة. تم افتتاحه عام ١٩٦٤ ، لكن بعد احتلال بغداد قام الامريكان باغلاق هذا الجسر الحيوي والمهم ، ولا نعلم متى سيتم فتحه مرة اخرى ؟؟؟
ملاحظة :
الى الحكومة العراقية ,
أرجوا أعطاء خارطة للطريق للمواطنين عندما تقررون افتتاح الجسر مرة اخرى فقد نسينا الطريق المؤدية اليه !!!

Opened in 1964, but after the occupation of Baghdad, the Americans closed the bridge vital and important, we do not know when it will open again???

To the Iraqi government,
I hope to give a map for the people when you decide to opening of the bridge once again because We have forgotten the way to the bridge !!!
