من العجيب في عراق اليوم أن المسؤول عن سرقة الملايين من عقود بناء المدارس (الوهمية) يتم ترفيعه الى منصب أعلى (كيف ؟؟؟) (أعتقد أن الكثير من المسؤولين الكبار مشتركين في هذه الصفقة) ولقد تكلمت عن هذا الموضوع في السابق (قبل بدأء العام الدراسي الحالي) ولكن الهياكل الحديدية لهذه المدارس على حالها دون تغيير حتى أصبحت مكب للنفايات .

Ironically, in Iraq today that is the responsible for the theft of millions of contracts to build schools (phantom) is promoted to higher office (how???) (I think that many of the senior officials involved in this deal) and I have spoken on this subject in the past (before starting the current academic year) but the steel structures of these schools remains unchanged until it became a garbage dump.
