حديقة المتنزه The Park Garden

يتم تخصيص ملايين الدولارات من ميزانية العراق كل عام على مشاريع وهمية  (مشاريع قيمتها الحقيقية مئات الدولارات) ،
وبعد أتمام أي مشروع بمواصفات رديئة يتم تركه و أهماله ،
ولكن المواطن العراقي قد حول هذه الحديقة المهملة الى موقف للسيارات (موقف السيارات مفيد أكثر) .
